Caitlin leads our strategy, creative, and technology teams. With over 15 years of experience building and scaling platforms across industries, she brings unparalleled domain expertise and a vision for the future.
Neel Shah + Founder
Neel leads our strategy, creative, and technology teams. He founded his first software company in high school and sold it in 2001 during college. For 15 years, Neel worked in investment management, where he built and scaled companies and platforms across industries. He has advised and invested in the seed rounds of several tech companies, including Compass.
